AKC and ASCA Tracking

Work in a variety of landscapes. Training on private airfields, a 370-acre private-event park, as well as urban tracking settings, you’ll be ready for any AKC and ASCA Tracking Trial. In less than a year, recent tracking students have certified and entered trials.

Nose Work and Scent Work

Following the Fenzi Dog Sport Academy training style, scent work students have quickly passed their National Association of Canine Scent Work (NACSW) Odor Recognition tests and placed high in both NACSW and AKC Nose Work and Scent Work trials.

North American Sport Dog

Practice NASDA Lost Item Recovery (LIR) methods and be ready to title online or at a trial. Learn the many applications of LIR from the Handler Discrimination Division of AKC Scent Work Trials to Article Indication on a competition Track.

Fitness Coaching

I believe that a physically well-balanced canine body can be the key to a well-balanced canine mind.

A dog who is comfortable in his or her own body is more confident and optimistic when exploring new adventures.

This is why I focus on the dog’s choice when designing an exercise, making it easy for the dog and handler to do at home.

Dogs who learn that their choices are respected will bring that feeling of self-assurance with them everywhere, from the tracking field to the dance floor.

I will customize an exercise program that supports your individual dog and your preferred activity as well as age-targeted programs for puppies and seniors.

In my Fit on the Fly™ group classes, you’ll learn Mari Valgma’s popular Movement Puzzles which will enhance your dog’s agency to perform all sports with ease.

I’ll be a team player with your veterinarian and other specialized canine practitioners.
